These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://blackseriesnutrition.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of dietary supplements sold under the Black Series Nutrition brand. The Website is operated by Black Series LLC (“Black Series”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and health notice

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product statements and descriptions are for general information only. Consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical treatment, taking medication, or have a health condition. Always follow the usage instructions on the label and do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results may vary.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in Brazilian reais (R$) unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is confirmed only after payment is approved and we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incomplete information, and in that case any amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card number or security code. Your order is released for shipping once the payment is approved.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.

7. Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal (7 days). In accordance with Brazilian consumer law (Consumer Protection Code, Article 49), you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) days after receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

Condition of the product. In line with ANVISA regulations on food supplements and for consumer safety, products must be returned unopened and properly sealed, with the safety seal intact and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used or tampered with cannot be accepted for return, except when defective, damaged or incorrect, as described below.

How to request a return. Email us at admin@blackseriesnutrition.com within the 7-day period with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.

Costs. All costs related to an approved return, including return shipping, are covered by Black Series LLC. You will not be charged for returning an eligible product.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm the refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including the original shipping fee, and may take additional time to appear depending on your card issuer.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including the Black Series Nutrition name, logos, product names, images, text and design, belongs to Black Series LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Series LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or from misuse of our products, including use contrary to the label instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the consumer’s domicile, as provided by Brazilian consumer law.
