LGD-4033 is the best SARM in terms of increasing anabolic activity, strength and muscle growth.
LGD-4033 has the ability to set off the following benefits when taken consistently: a significant increase in strength levels and muscle mass without the undesirable side effects caused by pro-hormones. 
However it should be noted that this product does not work as effectively for muscle gain if the subject using it has low testosterone levels. So for this reason, we always recommend any subjects over 45 years of age should take this product stacked with RAD140 to maximise gains.

 
LGD-4033 side effects

LGD-4033 taken at full dose can cause some users to have difficulty sleeping due to its strong anabolic nature. The best way to remedy this is to lower the daily dosage to a 1caps per day and after about 3 days sleep patterns should return to normal.
Testosterone suppression will occur when using LGD-4033, therefore we recommend to run a PCT cycle that includes or similar to normalize testosterone levels at the end of a training cycle.
Please note – we do not recommend this type of PCT for females as it is not needed.

Dosage

The average dose is 2 caps per day for males and females. We do recommend using for longer than 8 weeks.
Men can take a higher dose of 1caps per day and attain more strength and size gains but you must adhere to a good PCT plan at the end of your cycle otherwise the effects of suppression will become noticeable. Do not use for longer than 8 weeks. We do recommend using for longer than 8 weeks.
Take in the morning at the same time each day including non-training days.

Each bottle contains 90 caps, providing 45 days of use.
Cycle length: 8 weeks max cycle length
Rest between cycles: 4 weeks PCT at the end of your LGD cycle.

How do I take this SARM?
This product is an orally active compound, so for best results, it should be squirted into the back of the mouth. After about 10 seconds it will have been totally absorbed into the throat providing almost 100% bio-availability. This can be followed by a drink to help diffuse the taste of the polyethylene glycol base.
If the taste of this SARM is hard to handle or it irritates the throat, the product can be squirted into a protein shake or drink and swallowed but this reduces its bio-availability. So it’s not a choice we recommend.
